When should I book the clean?
After the last trade has finished and the debris is out. Construction leftovers, paint and heavy debris are for your contractor; we take care of the cleaning.
How is it different from a deep clean?
It is a deep clean focused on fine dust: vents, fixtures, frames, tracks and the inside of every cabinet, where renovation dust collects.
Do you bring the equipment?
Yes. We bring our own supplies and equipment.
Can you clean before tenants or buyers arrive?
